Sneaky's Tavern - Located adjacent to
the new Treehouse Kids' Adventure
Center and mere steps
from the Village Express chairlift, the new $2.9 million Sneaky's Tavern will
be operated by the world-famous Little Nell food and beverage team. Featuring
contemporary interior design and indoor/outdoor seating in a rustic but modern
tavern-style restaurant, Sneaky's will serve American bistro-style cuisine for
lunch, après ski and dinner next winter.
Sweet Life - Located in the red barn building at
the center of the Base
Village plaza, Sweet Life
will include a 1950s-style diner upstairs and an ice cream parlor and candy
store downstairs serving more than 250 flavors of homemade ice cream churned
on-site with fresh ingredients and no preservatives.
Junk and Liquid Sky - Scott DeGraff,
co-owner of the N9NE Group (N9NE Steakhouse, Ghostbar, Nove Italiano, and Moon
Nightclub), brings two new venues to the Snowmass Base
Village, opening winter
2008.
Junk, a restaurant
concept, will redefine fast food forever. "Good Junk, bad Junk, (the only
Junk your mom will let you eat)" may be the eatery's tag line, yet natural
and organic ingredients are used to create this unique menu of food guests
are sure to crave.
Liquid Sky, an
indoor-outdoor lounge, morphs with Junk creating one entertainment
facility. All-day dining, lounging, après-ski and special events take
center stage slopeside at the base of Snowmass' Fanny Hill.

The Caribou
Club:A

full-service restaurant with majestic views of the Maroon Bells is open for
lunch with a prix fixe menu that changes daily and public snowcat dinners
on Thursday nights.
Crystal
Palace Grille:Replaces the dinner theatre with a high end steak house specializing in
Wagyu and Piedmontese beef in a spacious and elegant dining room.
Dish:Serving progressive
American cuisine, with a New England influence, by James Beard recognized
Matthew Zubrod.
Jimmy's
American Restaurant and Grill:A blend of
casual comfort and city sophistication that serves great American fare.The bar features a very large selection of

Krabloonik:Located in Snowmass, Krabloonik offers casual
elegant dining with a rustic décor and panoramic views specializing in wild

Wilson: Serving modern-American cuisine in a
beautifully restored Victorian-era mining cabin, LuLu Wilson evokes the food
and atmosphere of a hip Manhattan restaurant.

Britt Cabin:Travel via snow-cat to this elegant log cabin.Serving traditional American cuisine while

at The Little Nell:A bistro
style restaurant located in the Little Nell hotel serving Rocky Mountain
Artisian cuisine with one of Aspen's finest wine lists and only Master

Pine
Creek Cookhouse: Rustic log lodge located at the base of the Elk

Kenichi:Japanese cuisine served in a spacious setting
