8-person gondola that takes you from the base village to Elk Camp
and Café Suzanne in a speedy 8.5 minutes. Plans are on the
drawing board to completely redesign the base village and lower
market area. At the Cottage, you can literally cross country ski
out your back door. In summer, enjoy golfing on prestigious (and
recently redone) Snowmass golf course, free concerts and fabulous
hikes. Of course, there is Aspen’s treasure chest of
offerings.
The contemporary, mountain décor of the Cottage, in fresh,
soothing colors, will make you feel relaxed the moment you walk in
the door. The high ceilings and big picture windows bring the
outdoors in—views stretching past mature aspens and blue
spruce in your garden, over the golf course clear out to Mt. Daly.
The comfy furnishings, with throws over cushy couches, plumped bed
pillows, and a gourmet kitchen—should you decide to cook at
home--ease you into vacation mode.
The floor plan at the Cottage at Fairway is designed to create a
sense of space or togetherness, depending on your needs. The open
plan, living, kitchen, and dining area brings friends and family
together. The large master is up a few stairs in a private nook. It
has AC and the large bathroom has radiant floor heat, a walk-in
shower and Jacuzzi tub. The two guest rooms on the lower level have
full baths. An additional media room/library downstairs provides
another “get-away.” There are flat screen TVs in every
major room, including the kitchen, and an indoor and outdoor sound
system. There is an attached two-car garage.
