Parking and other Transportation
We recommend the able bodied walk or bus to music events.
Its better for you and the environment and you can avoid crowded parking
lots. The Benedict Music Tent and Harris Concert
Hall are located only a 10-minute walk from downtown.
The Roaring Fork Transit Authority (RFTA) buses provide several bus stops and shuttle pick ups near
music performance locations. The music tent has a shuttle stop right in the
parking lot. You can reach RFTA at 970-925-8484. Virtually all RFTA buses have bike racks on the front.
Beware that they only have 4 per bus. Bike rentals are available at many locations around town.
Of course renting a home nearest one of the music event
locations is always the best plan. See our list of the best places to rent in
