French Aspen Aspen Highlands
During a day of skiing on Aspen Highlands Mountain, the best place to enjoy a feast fit for an epicure is at Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro, a restaurant located inside of a quaint and cozy European ski hut at the top of the Cloud Nine lift. Before a breathtaking view of Pyramid Peak and Maroon Peak, guests dine on raclette, fondue, and other European alpine specialties. In addition to their outstanding lunch service, on Thursday evenings throughout the winter ski season, Cloud Nine hosts snowcat dinners, during which guests are brought to and from the restaurant by snowcat.
