Snowmass is a top destination for families during spring break. Why? Because there are fun activities for every family member―morning, noon, and night. Snowmass Mountain has ski runs for every level of skier; families can ride a snowcat to a rustic cabin for sing-along dinners; Ullr Nights offers everything from snow tubing to a fire show; then, there’s Very Important Kid (VIK) Snowmass, which treats kids like VIPs with fun, daily activities.
Discover what a family spring break vacation in Snowmass can be. Check out a sample family ski vacation itinerary below.
Day 1
Afternoon ― Arrive at your Snowmass vacation rental. It’s time to relax. Take a load off in front of the wood burning fireplace with hot toddies and hot cocoa.
Evening ― Casual dinner and bowling at Slopeside Lanes and Lounge.
Day 2
Morning ― Whip up a hearty breakfast in the fully-stocked kitchen. You sent us your grocery list, so we made sure that the kitchen was ready upon your arrival. After breakfast, easily ski to the base (it’s easy when you stay ski-in / ski-out). You decide to start your ski vacation by taking a lesson. The adults are taking a private lesson, and the kids are headed off to Ski and Snowboard School.

Evening ― Snowcat dinner at The Cabin. The kids will love the sing-alongs and mini grilled cheese.
Day 3
