Time Magazine named Chefs Club Aspen one of the 100 Best Restaurants in the US. Chefs Club Aspen has a unique concept of rotating chefs, what they call “chefs-in-residence”, through their Chefs Club Residency Program. Each chef-in-residence spends a few months at Chefs Club Aspen, all the while sharing their inspired creations with guests. Dine at Chefs Club Aspen in the summer and winter and you can always expect a fresh slate of dishes as a new chef takes the helm every few months.
