Snowmass Ice Age Discovery Center
At the Snowmass Ice Age Discovery Center, learn about the "Snowmastodon" archeological dig. In 2010, a team from the Denver Museum of Nature and Science uncovered thousands of fossilized bones from bison, black bears, sloths, mammoths, mastodons, and many other Ice Age animals.
