Access to the house is from Wood Road via a semi-private driveway, over a quaint little bridge and mountain stream, leading to a large driveway and 2-car garage with ski storage and mud room.

Equipped with a central humidification system, the main chalet level boasts a large living room with uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains and seating for everyone around the grand stone fireplace. The adjacent dining area and state-of-the-art, very cozy and social gourmet kitchen have direct access to a private back terrace facing south, complete with patio furniture, BBQ, 8-person hot tub and gas fire pit. The Master King Bedroom has its own stone fire place and is also facing the endless mountains. It has a very large bathroom with a steam shower, Jacuzzi tub and private washer/dryer, and a little private office.

The downstairs living quarters offer a second media/play room, which works beautifully for kids to watch TV, play games or foosball. It also offers a second King Master Bedroom with a stone fire place and TV, a private back patio and wonderful mountain views. The second bedroom downstairs use a large twin over queen quadruple bunk bed room with additional sleeper sofa and the same gorgeous mountain views. The lower level also offers garden access from each room and it has a fully equipped laundry room. The downstairs level is also equipped with a central humidification system.
